About our project: 

Books open doors to other worlds. Each book introduces students to new lives, offers new environments, adds a new vision. With this fact, we need to integrate new generation technological skills into our trainings in order to increase the reading habits and critical thinking skills of the Z generation students, who are the generation of digital age. In this project, our aim is to adopt fast consumption, result oriented, but also technology that is the basis of their lives. increasing the reading habits of our students who are members of the generation; to create awareness that books are not only read or read for art, to understand human and nature, to empathize, to create a sense of living by feeling life more.

Our Aims: 

We wants to make our students good readers, people who can do emphaty and uses technology in a good way. Our aim is to adopt fast consumption, result oriented, but also technology that is the basis of their lives. increasing the reading habits of our students who are members of the generation; to create awareness that books are not only read or read for art, to understand human and nature, to empathize, to create a sense of living by feeling life more.

Work Process:

During the project, a book will be determined every month with the democratic participation of the students, these books will be read with our students and then various activities will be held. Students will make assessments on the book, use web 2.0 tools and share their activities with other partners. Students will evaluate the books they read with partner schools, if possible face to face, if not online.
The project will continue for 3 months, during which students will read, evaluate and make new friends. Activities will be decided with partners.
